If such cellular RNAs with partial sequence complementarity and ‘antisense’ to the JAZF1 and SUZ12 gene could be identified in the future, it could have important biological relevance and provide important insights into the disease origin of JAZF1-SUZ12 fusion in endometrial stromal sarcomas, and potentially lay the foundation for preventive and targeted intervention. This evidence concerns the gene SUZ12 and endometrioid stromal sarcoma.
