However, in the relapse‐free survival (RFS) analysis of the combined set of breast cancer patients with all intrinsic subtypes (luminal‐A, luminal‐B, HER2‐enriched, triple‐negative/basal‐like, normal‐like, and claudin‐low) (3,951 at‐risk patients), low expression of FAM189A2 was significantly correlated with a reduction in the RFS time (HR = 0.62, log‐rank P = 1.9e‐15, FDR = 1%); the median RFS times were 148 and 216.66 months for the low‐expression and high‐expression cohorts, respectively (Fig 1D).
