The APOE ε2 allele on the other hand was more frequent in the PART group compared with the high AD group (in 24% vs 6% of the subjects, 0.001 ≤ p < 0.01) and to the low AD group (in 24% vs 12% of the subjects, 0.01 < p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene APOE and Alzheimer disease.
