Notably, numerous studies have indicated that the SP/NK1R system may play a significant role in the development of cancer (such as pancreatic cancer, endometrial cancer, colon carcinoma, hepatoblastoma, glioblastoma, and breast cancer), regulating cell proliferation and migration for invasion and metastasis, and controlling cell proliferation for angiogenesis [11–14]. This evidence concerns the gene TACR1 and hepatoblastoma.
