In the current study, we systematically analyzed the expression profile and prognostic significance and role of ETV7 by integrating data from TCGA database, Animal Transcription Factor DataBase (AnimalTFDB), UALCAN, and Human Protein Atlas (HPA) databases, and our results indicated that ETV7 was a novel prognostic factor, which may improve the individualized outcome prediction in BLCA by regulating the tumor immune microenvironment. Here, ETV7 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
