In agreement with the results in GSE116250 and GSE5406, the levels of CALU and PALLD were also significantly lower in PBMCs collected from CM patients compared to NF ones (Figure 6E) Collectively, these results suggest that CALU and PALLD may be potential diagnostic biomarkers for heart failure due to ischemic cardiomyopathy.
