We also investigated the function of lncRNA MSC-AS1 in stomach cancer tissues using GSEA, and the results showed that, in the high lncRNA MSC-AS1 expression phenotype, pathways such as the TGF-β signaling pathway, the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, the MAPK signaling pathway, E2F-mediated regulation of DNA replication, negative regulation of NOTCH4 signaling, and SIRT1 negative regulation of RNA expression were significantly differentially enriched. This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and gastric cancer.
