The HSP90α on the surface of autophagosomes Tumor-Released Autophagosomes (TRAPs) released by tumor cells stimulates CD4+ T cells to produce Interleukin-6 (IL-6) through the Toll-like receptors (TLR2)–myeloid differentiation factor88 (MyD88)–nuclear factor-k-gene binding (NF-κB) signal cascade, and the autocrine IL-6 induced by TRAPs further promotes the secretion of IL-10 from CD4+ T cells. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and neoplasm.
