CD4 and Huntington disease: With regard to HD patients, a declining trend of CD4+ T cells from T0 to T1 (44.000 ± 9.032% vs 42.853 ± 7.207%) was observed which was subsequently followed by a significant increase of CD4+ T cell counts at T2 as compared to T1 (48.294 ± 11.559% vs 42.853 ± 7.207%, p=0.043).
