Notably, the regulatory role of ADAMTS9-AS1 on Wnt/β-catenin signaling has been elucidated in colorectal cancer by Li et al. who pointed that overexpression of ADAMTS9-AS1 could downregulate β-catenin and correspondingly decrease the downstream genes C-Myc and cyclin D1, which is the same as E-cadherin in colorectal cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ADAMTS9 and colorectal cancer.
