STAT3 and osteosarcoma: In summary, the current study explored the antitumor activity of diosmetin on human osteosarcoma cells and illustrated for the first time that diosmetin inhibited cell proliferation, induced G2/M cell cycle arrest and apoptosis by suppressing STAT3/c-Myc signaling pathway in Saos-2 and U2SO osteosarcoma cells.
