MYC and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Triptonide exerts anti-cancer effects through down-regulation of various oncogenic genes, including β-catenin, cMyc, Notch1, LXRα, SREBF1 [32–38, 64], particularly, triptonide directly binds to its receptor LXRα, reduces LXRα protein stability in pancreatic cancer cells, and exerts potent anti-cancer effect [32–38, 64].
