Interestingly, particular cases of high expression of CDH3 were found in each glioma subtype, both in IDH‐wild‐type (22.2%, 16.7%, and 18.8% of IDH‐wild‐type grade II, III, and IV gliomas, respectively) and IDH‐mutant cases (11.6%, 21.6%, and 62.5% of gliomas IDH‐mutant grade II, III, and IV, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene IDH2 and central nervous system cancer.
