The TP53 mutation remained independently associated with OS [HR: 1.76 (1.24–2.50), p = 0.002], which was also true for age [HR: 1.94 (1.37–2.76), p < 0.001], tumor stage [HR: 2.46 (1.26–4.80), p = 0.009], and M stage [HR: 1.67 (1.05–2.66), p = 0.03]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm.
