In order to confirm the regulatory axis of SNHG1–miR-326–LMNB2 in HCC mentioned above, we firstly perform the subcellular localization assay of SNHG1. Nucleocytoplasmic separation and RT-qPCR assay revealed that SNHG1 was expressed in both nucleus and cytoplasm of HuH7 and PLC cells, whereas a larger proportion of SNHG1 was located in the cytoplasm (Figure 7A).
