In addition, to further identify the mTORC2 manipulating effects in HMGB1 interference HCC cells (KD-HMGB1 group), we transfected RICTOR-overexpressed plasmid into the HMGB1 stably interfered HCCLM3 and PLC/PRF/5 cell lines, respectively, and confirmed the mechanism by repeating key experiments using these HCC cells. The gene discussed is RICTOR; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
