Supplementary Table 3 summarizes the characteristics of patients with HF with a preserved ejection fraction according to the diagnosis of DD, evidencing a similar profile to the one observed in the full cohort (Table 1). We observed a different performance of the biomarkers in this population, highlighting that NT-proBNP and Hs-cTnT remained as significant predictors of DD. At the same time, NGAL and Cys-C lost statistical significance, and Galectin-3 and sST2 remained not significantly associated with diastolic dysfunction diagnosis (Supplementary Table 4). The gene discussed is TNNT2; the disease is dentin dysplasia.
