AKT1 and cancer: An accumulating amount of evidence has shown that miRNAs are involved in the regulation of GC drug resistance by targeting cancer-related signaling pathways, such as the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT, mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), Wnt/β−catenin, nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB), and signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT) signaling pathways.
