As shown in Table 2, alpha-2-macroglobulin (A2MG), complement C1q subcomponent subunit B (C1QB), complement C1r subcomponent (C1R), and histidine-rich glycoprotein (HRG) were significantly upregulated by 2.21-, 2.15-, 2.24-, and 2.16-fold, respectively, in the ischemic stroke group as compared to the control group. This evidence concerns the gene HRG and ischemic stroke.
