METTL14 and breast cancer: LNC942 and METTL14 protein specifically bind through specific motif/GCAGGG (+176 – +265) to elevate the m6A content of downstream target molecules such as CXCR4 and CYP1B1, thus stabilizing the expression and translation of CXCR4 and CYP1B1, and ultimately promoting BC cell propagation in vivo and in vitro.49
