The number of lymphocytes was greater in MS compared to control (CD3: MS: 4.16 ± 0.62 cells/mm2 vs. control: 0.88 ± 0.25 cells/mm2, p < 0.001; CD8: MS: 1.77 ± 0.31 cells/mm2 vs. control: 0.1 ± 0.07 cells/mm2, p < 0.001). Here, CD8A is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
