Although the association of NUP210 mRNA expression among triple-negative (ER−/PR−/HER2−) breast cancer patients were not consistently significant in these two datasets (Supplementary Fig. 2a, b), recent proteomics analysis revealed that higher NUP210 protein level is significantly associated with the poor DMFS of triple-negative cancer patient (Km plotter) (Supplementary Fig. 2c)25. This evidence concerns the gene NUP210 and breast carcinoma.
