High expression levels of ATG4C, ATG5, BECN1, and WIPI1 were associated with poor prognosis in CESC, while CESC patients with overexpression of ATG3, ATG4A, ATG4B, ATG4D, ATG7, ATG9B, ATG13, GABARAP, and GABARAPL2 have longer OS and higher 5-years survival rate (Figure 1).
