We found that with comparable immune scores to the EBV subtype, the GS subtype had significantly higher immune scores than MSI and CIN subtypes, consistent with the findings showing that the GS subtype has enriched CD4+ T cells, macrophages, B cells, and TLS compared with other subtypes (Derks et al., 2020). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
