Our functional findings further corroborated that the interference with HUWE1 elevated the Treg cell number and facilitated its immunosuppressive function, while the HUWE1 overexpression produced the opposite effect, which preliminarily confirmed the pivotal role of HUWE1 in Treg cell number and function in ITP. This evidence concerns the gene HUWE1 and autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura.
