Results showed that PeV-A3-infected GBM cells expressed death protein genes at least twofold upregulated over mock controls including myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG), Fas ligand (FASLG), BCL2-related protein A1 (BCL2A1), ATPase H+ Transporting V1 Subunit G2 (ATP6V1G2), insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF1), Forkhead box I1 (FOXl1), and tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 11b (TNFSR11B) (Figures S1A, B). This evidence concerns the gene ATP6V1G2 and glioblastoma.
