In patients with naïve MS the percentage of CD4+IL-17A+ T cells decreased from 1.77 ± 1.33% to 0.74 ± 0.43% in the presence of minocycline (p = 0.02) and to 0.55 ± 0.44% in the presence of doxycycline (p = 0.01) (Figure 5). The gene discussed is IL17A; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
