The percentage of CD4+IL-17A+ NKT lymphocytes in naïve MS patients (n=9) decreased from 1.49 ± 0.80% to 0.69 ± 0.33% in the presence of minocycline (p = 0.008) and to 0.48 ± 0.17% in the presence of doxycycline (p = 0.001). Here, IL17A is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
