CEP55 and hepatocellular carcinoma: H2AFY expression exhibited a strong positive correlation with the expression of CEP55 (positive rank #1, r = 0.663, FDR = 2.14E−44), CCNB1 (r = 0.659, FDR = 7.55E−44) and DEPDC1B (r = 0.637, FDR = 6.98E−40), etc. Remarkably, the top 50 positively correlated genes had high probability of being high-risk markers in HCC, of which 45/50 genes owned high hazard ratio (HR, P <0.05).
