Shi et al. have also demonstrated that ALT could promote the expression level of adaptor-related protein complex 2 subunit mu 1 (AP2M1) and inhibit cell proliferation, colony formation, and autophagy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells in a dose-dependent manner through up-regulating AP2M1 signaling (Shi et al., 2020). Here, AP2M1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
