To further confirm this result, we used antibodies to delete CD8+ (Fig EV5A–C) or CD4+ (Fig EV5D and E) T cells in our TD lung cancer transgenic mice and found that the therapeutic effect of Carfilzomib was significantly compromised after deletion of either population (Figs 6D and E, and EV5F and G). Here, CD4 is linked to lung carcinoma.
