To evaluate the effects of serpinA3N on pro‐inflammatory responses after stroke, we measured the expression of inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)‐6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)‐α and found that IL‐6 and TNF‐α were significantly lower in serpinA3N‐overexpressed mice at 24 h poststroke (Figure 3A,B). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and stroke disorder.
