Therefore, we speculated that these 3 signaling pathways may interact with IKBIP to affect the progression of glioma directly, supporting the view that hsa_circ_0072389, hsa_circ_0072386, hsa_circ_0008621, hsa_circ_0072387, and hsa_circ_0072391 upregulated IKBIP by sponging the adsorption of miR-338-5p, which further promoted glioma through the NF-κB signaling pathway, JAK/STAT signaling pathway, and TGFβ/SMAD signaling pathway.
