In another similar study, by analysing several cohorts of OC patients in TCGA pan-cancer database and GEO datasets (GSE66957 and GSE54388), Liu et al. discovered that YTHDF1 was elevated in various cancer types, including ovarian cancer, which was further established by qRT-PCR analysis of human fresh frozen ovarian tissues (n  = 35 for cancerous; n  = 12 for normal) and by IHC data from an OC tissue microarray (n  = 134) [40]. This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF1 and cancer.
