More recent work suggests that IGF2BP1, YTHDF1 and YTHDF1 mainly function as oncogenes in multiple cancer types, including colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), gastric cancer, lung cancer, AML, pancreatic cancer, OC, bladder cancer, prostate cancer and melanoma [73, 113]. The gene discussed is YTHDF1; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
