Chen et al. [27] showed that isoform-specific upregulation of clathrin light chain B and DNM1 in NSCLC cells, combined with the Akt/GSK3β signaling crosstalk, leads to clathrin-mediated adaptive endocytosis, which altered EGFR trafficking and NSCLC metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
