SLC39A10 and thyroid gland carcinoma: Besides, we found that, compared with the control, ZIP10 knockdown significantly inhibited cell proliferation and colony formation in 8305C cells (Additional file 2: Fig. S7b-d), while ZIP10 overexpression promoted cell proliferation and colony formation in FTC133 cells (Additional file 2: Fig. S7e and f), indicating oncogenic role of ZIP10 in thyroid cancer.
