Five hundred nanometer TAM was used to treat breast cancer TMA-resistant cells that knocked out AKR1C1, AKR1C2 and AKR1C3 lines, its proliferation activity was significantly lower than the wild type, which directly indicated that high AKR1C1, AKR1C2 or AKR1C3 gene expression promoted TAM resistance.
