Recently, the same group [257] tested two known FAK inhibitors, the 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one-containing PF-573228 (58 in Figure 8) [258] and 1,2,4,5-benzentetraamine tetrahydrochloride (59 in Figure 8) [259], which inhibit auto-phosphorylation of FAK at Y3977 with low nanomolar potencies in enzymatic assays, on two MYCN-amplified patient-derived NB xenografts, namely COA3 and COA6. Here, MYCN is linked to neuroblastoma.
