In gastric cancer HGC-27 cells, caudatin of CB at the dose ranging from 25 to 100 μM was able to decrease β-catenin expression that was caused by the downregulation of cyclinD1 and c-myc, suggesting wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway was correlated with the treatment of caudatin in gastric cancer [112]. Here, MYC is linked to gastric cancer.
