DROSHA and lung cancer: There was a significantly lower relative methylation level of DROSHA gene in the whole group of lung cancer patients (p = 0.012 for the first region, Figure 1A, and p < 0.00001 for the second region, Figure 1B) and in NSCLC patients (p = 0.009 for the first region, Figure 1D, and p = 0.00001 for the second region, Figure 1E) compared to healthy individuals.
