In the presence of T cells, MSLN-targeting BsAbs MSLNAMA-CD3AMG and MSLNAMA-CD3L2K had significantly lower mean ± SE AML cell percentage in the bone marrow (0.1 ± 0.0% and 1.0 ± 0.2% respectively) compared to T cells alone (66.4 ± 6.7%) (Figure 3b; ** p < 0.005). This evidence concerns the gene MSLN and acute myeloid leukemia.
