The representative examples with different CARMA3 scores and positive staining using carbon as control were shown in Figure 1B. The IHC results also indicated that higher levels of CARMA3 expression were detected in CRC tissues than adjacent normal tissues (Figure 1C), and significantly correlated with poor survival outcomes compared to those with low levels of CARMA3 by Kaplan–Meier survival analysis (Figure 1D). This evidence concerns the gene CARD10 and colorectal carcinoma.
