Using a panel of markers for tumor cells (CA9 and CD10), immune cells (CD45), endothelial cells (CD31), epithelia (CD326), and fibroblasts (PGFRα/β+), we found significant representation of viable cells, determined via propidium iodide exclusion, corresponding to all of these different cell types (Figure 1A,B and Figure S1).
