MAPK3 and Parkinson disease: Ras GTPases control Erk1/2 serine/threonine kinases that regulate mitogen-activated cell proliferation connecting cellular responses to extracellular signals and playing an essential role on the modulation of a wide range of cellular processes both in health and diseases, such as cancer, and cardiopathies, including the neuronal responses [19] in neurocognitive and neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson’s Disease [20,21,22,23].
