To demonstrate the viability of the approach, we used an antibody to PRAME (preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma), a cancer-testis protein that is overexpressed in a number of cancers and is thought to be suitable as a diagnostic and prognostic marker in anticancer therapy [29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41].
