In this study, we preset three levels of ULNs with ALT ≥ 20 IU/L, ≥ 30 IU/L and ≥ 40 IU/L as criteria for biochemically significant hepatitis activity, and used “Grade > G1 or Stage > S1” of the Scheuer scoring system as criteria for pathologically significant hepatitis activity.
