IκBζ, a transcriptional regulator of selective NF-κB target genes, has been identified as a crucial mediator of IL-36-driven psoriasis-related gene expression in keratinocytes [21]; however, it is unclear whether IκBζ is involved in the IL-36γ-mediated expression of genes including IL-23 in DCs. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is psoriasis.
