Silencing of lncRNA DDX11-AS1 could potentiate the inhibitory effects of paclitaxel on esophageal cancer xenografts in nude mice and suppress TOP2A expression, suggesting that lncRNA DDX11-AS1 may be a promising potential target for overcoming paclitaxel resistance of esophageal cancer (Zhang S. et al., 2019).
