GSEA analysis indicated that OSA is predominantly associated with an IL-17 signaling pathway, pertussis, rheumatoid arthritis, parathyroid hormone synthesis, secretion, and action, TNF signaling pathway, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (Figures 6A,B).
