Cox regression analysis showed that older age (OR, 3.49; 95% CI 1.71–7.1; p < 0.001), male sex (OR, 2.07; 95% CI 1.12–3.83; p = 0.02), lower albumin level (OR, 0.28; 95% CI 0.17–0.46; p < 0.001), and stage 3 AKI (OR, 2.28; 95% CI 1.26–4.14; p = 0.01) were found to be independent predictors of overall mortality in non-malignancy-associated obstructive uropathy (Table 7).
