However, no study to the best of our knowledge has demonstrated the relationship between SUPT5H expression levels and the prognosis of patients with malignancies; our study being one of the first to identify SUPT5H as a prognostic biomarker in ICC, with low expression levels of SUPT5H reflecting poor prognosis, and it can be considered as a protective factor.
